A stainless steel nib provides reliable starts and a smooth, controlled flow across a wide variety of papers. The pen uses standard international cartridges and also accommodates a converter for bottled inks, making refills simple at home or on the go.
Having had a bad experience with a lesser Pineider, I was interested to receive this Avatar. I found it to be elegantly designed, well made, and very comfortable to use. The nib writes a finer line than most of my other Italian pens, and when reversed it writes very finely and smoothly--great for making dense entries in my calendar page.

Drop Shipping: In the event of errors in our on-hand inventory or to expedite delivery, some items may be drop shipped directly from our US distributors. This means that these items will be shipped directly from the distributor's warehouse to your designated shipping address.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping Fee: For U.S. orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
International Orders:
Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.
